• All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting.
• Prices are listed in ISK and include/exclude VAT as applicable.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping times depend on Iceland Post or local pickup availability.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors or suspected fraud.

Refund policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within Iceland is 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on postal service conditions and holidays.
